Today mark’s one year since Web3 No Re was created and we want to start by thank you to the family who tune in every week (thanks mom).

We have no idea how two scatter brained gamers committed to a project on a weekly basis but we did it bois, gg ez.

• Elfin Metaverse (Unknown). Esports-focused Omni Layer network Elfin universe raised funds in a strategic investment from Manta Network.

• Gudchain ($5M). Gaming-focused chain Gudchain raised $5M in a funding round led by Mechanism and participated in by Morningstar, Manifold, Skyvision, and others.

• Redacted ($10M). Entertainment and gaming network Redacted raised $10M from investors including Spartan, Animoca, P2, Saison, and others.

• Shaga ($1M). Solana-based cloud gaming platform reportedly 3x faster than Google Stadia raised $1M in an angel funding round.

Who’s teaming up in the gaming world?

• Champions Ascension x Keystone Foundation. Champions Ascension released a whitepaper with the Keystone Foundation outlining KEYS incentives and Keystone protocol integrations into CA.

• Immutable x MARBLEX. Netmarbles’ MARBLEX is teaming up with Immutable to bring new games into the Immutable zkEVM ecosystem, including Metaworld, Ni No Kuni, and Still Alive.

• Sequence x Transak. No/low code development platform Sequence is teaming up with Transak to simply payment flows and onboarding for web3 games via Sequence Kit.

• Yaku Corp x XAI Foundation. Yaku Corp, the Raijin Labs subsidiary and team behind upcoming Xai-based MMO Yaku, partnered with XAI to expand the omni chain Yaku metaverse to the XAI ecosystem.
